When using the equipment, it is inevitable to encounter equipment failures. When an equipment failure occurs, please follow the instructions to troubleshoot it in the correct way. Below, we briefly list several common failure situations of the high-frequency machine equipment.

 If the mold frequently arcs, we should deal with it from the following aspects:

1. Clean the arcing part and use alcohol to clean the carbon deposits.

2.  Reduce the screen current reading and increase the welding time.

3.  Check whether there is poor contact or breakage of the copper sheet for high-frequency output.

4.  Check whether the air pressure is lower than 4KG.

5. Check whether the mold is severely uneven.

6. Check whether the mold makes good contact with the machine head and whether there are any gaps. 


If there is arcing inside the chassis, deal with it from the following aspects:

1. Check whether the temperature inside the chassis is extremely high or there is a large amount of dust accumulation.

2.  Check whether the surface of the ceramic capacitor is blackened due to arcing.

3. Check whether the high-voltage circuit has broken through the insulation layer.

4.  Check whether there are arcing burrs on the aluminum plate for high-frequency power adjustment.

5.  Check whether the insulation posts in the high-frequency path have been broken down.

6. Check whether the nuts such as those for the grid current are tightened. 


If the screen current meter shows full scale, we should check from the following aspects:

1. Check whether the electron tube is damaged.

2. Check whether the high-voltage ceramic capacitor has been broken down.

3. The high-voltage transformer may be damaged.

4. The high-voltage rectifier bridge may be damaged. 


If the circuit trips immediately after applying high voltage, please check according to the following steps:

1. Check whether there is a short - circuit in the low - voltage circuit.

2. Check whether the high - voltage transformer is damaged.

3. Check whether there are cracks on the porcelain insulator of the electron tube.

4. Check whether the capacity of the power switch is less than 60A.
