Working Principle of Vacuum Forming Machine
I. Working Principle
The blister machine, also known as the thermoplastic forming machine, is a device that sucks thermoplastic materials such as PE, PP, PET, PVC, and HIPS that have been heated and plasticized into various shapes. It mainly uses the vacuum suction force generated by a vacuum pump to form the heated and softened thermoplastic material into a negative pressure with a mold.

II. Composition and Classification
The blister machine is mainly composed of six core systems, namely the feeding system, heating system, forming system, vacuum system, cooling system and receiving system. The equipment can be classified into thin-gauge vacuum forming machines and thick-gauge vacuum forming machines based on the thickness of the sheet material.

III. Characteristics of Vacuum Forming
1.Strong adaptability to product specifications. Vacuum forming can be used to produce products of various sizes and thicknesses, including extra-large, extra-small, extra-thick, and extra-thin items. The thickness, size, and shape of the final product depend on the mold and material used.
2. Wide application range. Vacuum forming is applicable across various industries, including but not limited to electronic product packaging, automotive product packaging, cosmetic packaging, stationery packaging, and household goods packaging. This versatility makes it a popular choice for many different sectors.
3. Convenience in Mold Manufacturing. It mainly uses gypsum molds, wood substitute molds, electroplated copper molds, and aluminum molds.
4.High production efficiency.
5.It saves raw and auxiliary materials, is lightweight, convenient for transportation, has good sealing performance, and meets the requirements of environmental protection.
